Parking
There is a large parking lot conveniently located right in the building of Yorkville Village.
From inside Yorkville Village:
Follow the signs to the East Elevator located near the Hazelton Lane entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and exit right. The clinic will be located on the right.
From underground parking:
Parking is available off of Avenue Road. Follow the signs underground to the East Elevator. Take the East Elevator to the 2nd floor and exit right. The clinic will be located on the right.
