I’ve struggled with sensitive and dry skin all my life. I’ve tried hundreds of products in my endless search for good personal care.

It was disappointing to see brands claiming to be “clean” and “green.” Yet, when you look at the ingredients and packaging, you know they are not.

In my search, I discovered I am not the only one; so many people struggle to find personal care that fits them.

Equipped with my chemical engineering background and experience working in environmental consulting, I knew I could create something that would help me and thousands of people around the world.

With my wife, Rae, a talented skincare expert, we created Tallo with a heartfelt mission – to help people look and feel their best.

We’ve searched the world to find the cleanest and the most ethical ingredients, sustainable packaging, and partners who share the same values.

The result is clean and conscious personal care for you and the planet.

We had to do something about it.

Tallo was born out of frustration with personal care and beauty industry practices,
confusing labels, and excessive plastic packaging. We created Tallo on the belief that there can be a more
responsible way to enjoy personal care that actually cares for you and the planet.

Rae is a conscious skincare professional who loves good personal care. She’s always on the lookout for new products and testing out different personal care regimes. Rae loves to find new ways to take care of her skin, and shares her knowledge with others.

Carlos C.W.

Co-founder, COO
Carlos is a master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He’s been passionate about science, chemistry, and preserving the planet ever since he was a kid. Prior to Tallo he’s been working on projects focused on remediation and improving the environment.
