Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States (48 contiguous states). Our products are available for standard shipping, and express shipping at an additional cost.

Domestic Shipping Within Canada

We ship packages via Canada Post within 24 hours after processing the payment. We’re open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Our shipping is:

  • CA$2 for orders that include our refill tablets only (no tracking).
  • CA$10 for all other orders (with tracking).
  • If you require your order sooner, the shipping costs for our express shipping options will always be displayed during checkout. Depending on the method and destination of delivery, shipping prices vary.

Shipping to the U.S. (48 Contiguous States)

Our shipping is:

  • CA$6 for orders that include our refill tablets only (with tracking).
  • CA$10 for all other orders (with tracking).
  • All other shipping options and costs will always be displayed during checkout. Depending on the method and destination of delivery, shipping prices vary.

Missing package(s)

If your package is missing, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here for you! We’ll do everything possible to find this shipment. Please check your property to see if it was left someplace out of sight. Additionally, you could ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

Unless you select tracked shipping, we cannot offer refunds as there is no way for us to track your order if you claim that your purchase has never arrived.

Return

We’re confident that you’ll love our self-care products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund up to 14 days after receiving your item. Returns that originate from domestic locations are eligible for free shipping. Tallo does not currently cover shipping costs for customers returning our products outside of Canada.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shoptallo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
