Additionally, you could ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.<\/p>\n<p>Unless you select tracked shipping, we cannot offer refunds as there is no way for us to track your order if you claim that your purchase has never arrived.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Return<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>We\u2019re confident that you\u2019ll love our self-care products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund up to 14 days after receiving your item. Returns that originate from domestic locations are eligible for free shipping. Tallo does not currently cover shipping costs for customers returning our products outside of Canada.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Since we cannot predict what the charges will be, it&#8217;s best to contact your local office for more information on how they are assessed\/applied.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Received a damaged item?<\/h3>\n<div>If you received a damaged item, don&#8217;t worry! Contact our team immediately at hello@tallo.ca with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the damage. We are more than happy to make any necessary accommodations, including sending you a replacement item.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>What if the tablet came broken in small pieces?<\/h3>\n<div>Don&#8217;t worry; we&#8217;ve anticipated everything. Just combine all the pieces into the bottle but note that they may dissolve faster now due to the larger surface area.
